Services and Fees

All Services are catered for your specific school needs that will be discussed and planned in depth.

~Service 5 (additional): We offer writing, editing, etc. to businesses that are not educational institutions. Please contact us for service fees.

Fees

^ $250 (up to an hour) for phone or Skype consultations or presentations.

^ $1200 for one day of professional development

(6 hours), for up to 50 participants. $500 for half day (3 hours). For 51-100 participants, the fee is $2400 for 6 hours and $1100 for 3 hours. For 101 or more participants, the fee is $3600 for 6 hours and $1700 for 5 hours. There is a discounted rate for on going staff development.

^ $1500 for one day of school-wide planning such as strategic planning, curriculum writing, school-wide discipline planning, etc. There is a discounted rate for on going planning sessions.

^ $500 per day (4 hours a day) for TKES evaluations, school based research, professional walk through evaluations, climate surveys, etc.

~A non-refundable booking fee of half the service amount is due at the time of contractual agreement signing. The final amount is to be paid in full 7-10 days prior to services.

Professional Development

Engaging and Meaningful workshops with one focus: Providing the highest quality of professional development based on the specific needs of the school. If your school needs professional development; we will discuss the strengths and weaknesses of your current program and our consultant(s) will create a program specific to your schools' needs.

Curriculum Planning and Design

The Gonzales Group develops new curriculum programs and/or revises an existing one based on the needs of your school. Informed decisions are made based on the academic mission, vision, and goals of your school.

Parent University Design and Implementation

The Gonzales Group provides a Parent University that encompasses a parent survey to analyze parental needs but is a component that helps parents understand their role(s) to ensure that their child(ren) are successful. Free courses are offered to give families new or additional skills, resources, knowledge and assistance to help the overall child.

Instructional Coaching & Leadership Lounge

The Gonzales Group will coach any teacher to transfer learning into practice within the classroom. We provide the ongoing support teachers need to support teachers to ensure effective teaching practices thus raising student achievement.

"Leadership Lounge”-The Gonzales Group provides leadership assistance. This assistance ranges from completing TKES observations, analyzing school wide data for presentations, interim assistant principal/principal services, etc.
