In 2003, Dr. Malika Gonzales began her educational career as a teacher. She has served as an elementary school teacher, model teacher leader, instructional coach, dean of academics, college professor of English, assistant principal, curriculum specialist and site instructional facilitator. Dr. Gonzales always had a vision to expand her love for consulting outside of the school district into a bigger arena of educational professionals. Thus, The Gonzales Group, LLC was developed.
