Dr. Malika Gonzales has a doctorate in Instructional Leadership and has enjoyed over eleven years as a successful educator. With experience in increasing and enhancing student achievement through strategic planning, program initiatives, and optimal professional learning; she has a proven record for exceeding goals through effective internal and external consulting as it relates to student achievement. She has a firm commitment to teacher best practices by enhancing teacher pedagogy through relevant professional learning and ongoing staff development. She has a record of providing leadership and support for formal and informal teacher development, creating and evaluating effective professional learning; developing strategic plans for school improvement and providing effective internal and external communication concerning data.
